Working out at home?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! For this challenge we’re adding 3 new workout plans for whatever equipment you have available.
We understand that strength training at home is not easy. These plans are designed to help you learn and become more self sufficient no matter your level.
ALL signups for our Winter 8-Week Transformation Challenge will be able to access the plans below. This is just one of the many powerful resources and bonuses you will receive when entering the Challenge!
1) Bodyweight Workouts
For these workouts, all you’ll need is your bodyweight and some home equipment such as an old towel and a backpack that you can load with books or other heavy objects.
2) Resistance Band Workouts
These workouts will be perfect for you if you have resistance bands. You can also order bands from Sleekgeek when buying your challenge entry.
3) Dumbbell Workouts
If you have a pair of dumbbells at home then this will help you get the most out of them. It will also continue to be a fantastic workout plan to follow once gyms eventually re-open again.
This is all new and on top of the existing gym-based and home-based workout plans that we’ve always had in the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge.
During this new era we want to put some extra focus and attention on providing you with the best possible resources to stay fit and healthy during the lockdown.
