For those that don’t know me, I’m the co-founder of Sleekgeek and the head coach in Sleekgeek’s Healthy Habit Coaching Program.
I’d like to welcome you to the 14-Day Sleekgeek New Year Kickstart Challenge!
Elan and I are so incredibly excited that you have decided to join us!
You know, one of the reasons why Sleekgeek is so effective in helping people completely transform themselves for the better is because we are a community. We are all in this together. It may sound cheesy, but you truly do become more like the people that you surround yourself with, and with you deciding to join us it means we’ve added yet another person to our amazing Healthy Lifestyle Revolution team. Hi-five!
So, just a quick recap: This is going to be a 14-day challenge to help you kick off the New Year with a powerful start and set yourself up for a successful, healthy, and happy 2018. And the cool thing is you can sign up for this challenge later in the year too, or even repeat the challenge and still benefit hugely!
The idea is that every day, for two weeks, you will receive do-able and effective actions to take that help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create healthy habits that will serve you well for a lifetime.
Now, if you’ve done one of our 30-Day Healthy Habit Challenges in the past, it will be kind of like that, but much more intense, powerful, and high-quality. This, is for people who are super serious about making 2018 their year!
And don’t worry, we won’t just leave you high and dry after the 14 days. There will be clear instructions on how to keep implementing these strategies in your life going forwards to achieve sustainable and long-lasting results. We are on a mission to transform the lives of 1 million people for the better, and to do that, we need you. So more than almost anything else, we want you to become a valuable lifelong member of our community and are determined to help you achieve your goals.
Each day on this 14-day program, you will receive 1 nutrition lesson plus an accompanying action from myself to do, as well as 1 mindset-related lesson plus accompanying action from Elan to do.
Ideally, you should keep repeating these actions as much as possible over the next 14 days and into the rest of the year to build them into life-long healthy habits. However, even if all you do is just focus on the one specific action for each day, by the end of the 14 days you will have accomplished a huge amount and have a good idea of what you need to work on going forwards.
To hold you accountable and to help you get past just “knowing what to do” so that you can move on to “actually doing it”, I suggest that you make some kind of post or report back on each task each day in the Sleekgeek Facebook Group. Elan and I will also be in there to give encouragement and answer any further questions that you might have.
This will also be a great opportunity for you to interact with and learn from all of the other Sleekgeeks that are doing this along with you.
