Get prepared

In the meantime please bookmark this page for you to complete at the Start date of the challenge

Take a look at the submission requirements to mentally prepare yourself for completing the info on the day so that you are prepared and there are no last minute traumas.

To complete this form you will need access to:

1.) A camera (Use a real camera if you have since phone and tablet cameras do not produce the best quality)
2.) A newspaper from the day you have decided to start. (A Sunday paper from the day before is fine.)
3.) A body tape measure
4.) An accurate scale
5.) A partner or friend to help you with your photos and your tape measurements
To avoid frustration it is recommended that you record all the measurements on a piece of paper first or a Word document and input/copy paste  all the information into the form in one go before submitting. This way if you have any technology issues the data is not lost.

Submission Deadlines?

For convenience, you may take your measurements and photos on the Sunday afternoon or night before your challenge using a Sunday newspaper.

You may also take them on Monday, whichever suits you best. But they MUST be in by Midnight on the Monday “Start day” of your challenge Heat by the very latest.
