Sleekgeek Walk/Run - Inibos (Langenhoven Park) parkrun

ACTIVITY: We will be walking the Inibos parkrun, but runners are welcome too.
LOCATION: Inibos parkrun
MEET: Langenhoven Park parking lot – look for colourful “SG” Caps.
DAY: Saturday the 25th of November 2023
TIME: 6:30am for 7:00am (NOTE Summer earlier times)
DURATION: ~60 mins walk or 20-40 mins run
DISTANCE: 5km
