Use our guidelines to set a daily Step Goal to work towards - it doesn't matter if you're beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Get Moving

Put in some mindful effort each day to walk more and hit your daily Step Goal. Get creative and have fun with it, but also work hard when it gets tough.

Share Your Progress

Share your Step Goal progress with us in the Step Challenge Support Group to hold yourself accountable and to motivate others.

As the name implies, this challenge is 21-days long.

We recommend that you aim to do 1 mission each day for 21 days in a row, but you can also do it at your own pace.

Some people choose to only do the challenge on weekdays, others skip it on busy days and catch up over the weekend. It’s up to you.

Each daily challenge is short and to-the-point. You’ll need about 5-10 minutes each day to read the daily lesson and then between 5 and 15-minutes to actually take action to complete the daily mission.

From coaching hundreds of clients and helping thousands of community members, we’ve found 21 days to be the sweet spot between being short enough to stay committed and long enough to get excellent results.

21 Days also gives you the option to take weekends off or skip a few days here and there while still completing the challenge within a monthly period.

Don’t worry, you’ll get lifetime access so that you can take as long as you’d like and repeat it as many times as you want.
