Get Moving
Put in some mindful effort each day to walk more and hit your daily Step Goal. Get creative and have fun with it, but also work hard when it gets tough.
Track Your Steps
Track your steps using a device or method of your choosing and then log it each day in the Challenge Tracker.
Share Your Progress
Share your Step Goal progress with us in the Sleekgeek Health Revolution Facebook Group to hold yourself accountable and to motivate others.
