We've received your first payment for the Sleekgeek Self-Coaching Program.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Within the next 12-48 hours, we'll send you an invite via email to officially join the Sleekgeek Coaching Program.
This is a manual process so please give us some time to receive your payment, notify your coach, and complete your registration.
The email should be titled "[Important Info] Your nutrition program with Sleekgeek Coach" from Precision Nutrition (email@example.com).
In that email, you'll find a link to create your account.
Click on the "CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT" button.
If you don't receive your email within the next 24-48 hours and have checked your spam / promotions folder, please get in contact with us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Create Your Account
Part of the account creation process includes a fairly lengthy survey.
This will probably take about 10-15 minutes to complete, but if you get interrupted you can always come back and complete it later.
Step 3: Welcome to the Coaching Program!
Once you’ve completed the survey (whew, good job!) you’ll see what’s called the “Today Page”.
It’s called the “Today Page” because everything that you need to focus on (usually today) will be visible here.
Anything else that you complete or miss will be bumped into your “Course Archive” (seen on the left on your PC or in the menu on Mobile) and you can go back to that stuff later if you want.
You’ll always see the Today Page when you log in to https://my.precisionnutrition.com (it’s a good idea to bookmark this page).
You should see 4 things on your "Today Page":
- A “lesson” called “How to use the coaching platform“.
- A “habit” called “How we coach and why“.
- A “review” called “How to measure progress“.
- A “workshop” called “Your first workshop“.
If you also opted for the workouts module, you'll see a 5th thing too:
- A "workout" called "How PN workouts are different and why".
*** VERY IMPORTANT ***
Day 1 of the Coaching Program curriculum only starts after you've completed the Intake Survey and the tasks listed above.
These are sort of like your "orientation week" tasks.
Once you've completed them, the curriculum will start on the very next Monday.
So this means:
- If you complete the orientation week tasks between Tuesday and Sunday, you'll get started on Monday.
- If you only complete the orientation week tasks on Monday, then you'll only get started the following Monday.
They're not too difficult or time consuming to work through, although the first Workshop can take a good 10 minutes.
If you have the time, it's a good idea to try and space them out over the next few days so that you can get the hang of re-visiting and logging into the online coaching platform. But if you're eager, you're welcome to complete them all in one go too 🙂
Good luck and enjoy!
