Await further instructions from your team leader but as a start please make sure you have some time available on Thursday 25 October

which is when measurements will take place in your CT office.

 

Tip:

I can tell you from experience that it takes a few days to a week to get into rhythm so I suggest you start planning an exercise routine, stocking your fridge
with healthy foods and preparing your mind as soon as possible.

 

Pep talk

You can achieve much with dedicated focus over 6 weeks … but in a 6 week period any errors will count against you.

In our experience 70-80% of your results will be determined by what you put in your mouth. That will make all the difference no matter how hard you train.

But Don’t lose heart. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your results, 8 weeks for your friends and 12 for the world.

Find your balance

Try not to put too much stock in the scale and weight measures. The only measure that matters is how you feel. Your energy, your vitality, your self image.

If you come out of this 6 weeks feeling decidedly better about yourlself then we all win!
