Our Payfast Billing works on a monthly recurring cycle. You account will be debited each month from the day of first payment.
Should you run out of funds or if there is a problem with your account we will notify you and if the situation cannot be resolved in 7 days coaching will be suspended.
If you are paying via Manual EFT the onus is on the client to send proof of payment monthly.
If payment is not made you will be notified and if the situation cannot be resolved in 7 days coaching will be suspended.
You are free to cancel your coaching anytime. Notify our team and your billing will be stopped and your Procoach account deactivated.
From private clients we require a 2 Weeks notice period. Please make sure to notify your coach at least 2 weeks before your next billing that you would like to discontinue with the program. Your billing will be stopped and your Procoach account deactivated.
