Welcome to your challenge nutrition plans page.

Here you can download any of the nutrition plans we have to help you on your 8-week challenge.

Keep in mind, these plans are completely optional. So if you already have your own plan sorted out or just want to do your own thing then feel free to do that instead.

How to best use these guides

We have found observing 10’s of 1,000’s of people in the Sleekgeek Community over the years that some people need an exact plan to follow and others prefer guidelines. What kind of person are you?

At Sleekgeek we prefer to give guidelines so you can personalise the foods you eat and learn the basic skills to succeed in any situation. We took our philosophies and created our Nutrition Guide that you can view and follow at the bottom of this page.

That is our preferred approach.

The best way to learn to eat better and apply our approach is to sign up for our FREE 21-Day Reboot over here.

It is your choice – Dietician plans 

The fact is that there is no best diet and all diet methods/strategies work to the same end – to assist you to reduce your consumption.

The plan that you can sustain in your daily life in the long-term is the best approach for you.

That said we constantly have people always asking us for a set plan. These approaches are not always sustainable but can work in the short-term. The problems with plans is you are either on them or off them.

To help those people we asked Kelly Scholtz, who is Registered Dietician as well as a private chef to create a range of expert plans.

Here you can download any of the nutrition plans she created for us to help you on your 8-week challenge.

If you use one of her set plans use it as an opportunity to learn. Treat them as guidelines that are flexible according to your life.

We have tried to cater for a variety of different nutrition preferences, so please select the one that is the most appropriate to you. If you are unsure, take a look at our how to select an eating plan guide.



Plans are distinguished based on preferences and weight category to start off with.

The weight relates to your current weight, not your goal weight.

All of the plans come with instructions on how to customize your plan to meet your specific needs. Keep in mind that nutrition is incredibly personal and what works for one person might not work for another. Sometimes a bit of trial and error is needed – that is why we suggest giving yourself a “trial week” with your nutrition plan before officially starting your challenge.

At Sleekgeek, we’ve made it our mission to help real everyday people live healthier and happier lives.

Over the years, we’ve come to realise that nutrition is incredibly personal and different for each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

However, we’ve also recognised the value in having a basic template to start with. Something that starts with a quick snapshot of what a healthy diet might look like and then helps you build on healthy habits from there.

The Sleekgeek Nutrition Guide is made up of 9 total components so far. We use them ourselves personally, we recommend them to anyone who asks us for help.
