How to win prizes

Join us for a community-wide group start on the 4th of May 2026 and you could win some incredible prizes worth R10,000!

Spirit Award

Each Vitaforce hamper includes a gym bag, toiletry bag, fitness cooling towel, metal water bottle with wooden screw cap, and an assortment of Vitaforce products.

Each week, we'll pick a random lucky winner for taking part. At the end of the challenge, we'll also pick a Spirit Award winner to win the last hamper.

WEEKLY PARTICIPATION PRIZES:

Make at least 5 daily posts each week in the Sleekgeek Health Revolution Facebook Group with the hashtags #Vitaforce #HealthyHabitChallenge to be entered into the weekly draw to win 1 of 3 Vitaforce prize hampers.

AND ✅tick off at least 5 out of 7 days each week on the Challenge Tracker (see "Get Started" section below for more info on this).

SPIRIT AWARD WINNER:

At the end of the challenge we'll select a Spirit Award Winner to award the final Vitaforce prize hamper from those who we felt shared and engaged the most in the group around the challenge.

The 21-Day Healthy Habit Challenge oficially starts 04 May, 2026.

Each day of the challenge also comes with daily instructions or advice via email.

These emails will be sent out each morning but you can also look ahead or catch up missed ones below.
