The Sleekgeek Manifesto for becoming the ULTIMATE YOU

At Sleekgeek we focus on changing the world with our Health Revolution.  This starts by transforming ourselves as individuals. We are focused on unlocking the ULTIMATE YOU and the potential that resides inside each of our people.

To us, this means striving towards greatness and the best versions of ourselves using effective, realistic, and healthy actions.

If we could only choose 10 principles to live a bigger, bolder and inspiring life, these would be them.

1. Health is the real wealth.

Above all else, your health is the real wealth. Without it you have nothing. Only when it is lost do most people understand its true value. The ULTIMATE YOU strives for great health – not just the absence of illness – which enables you to do so much more in every aspect of your life.

2. Doubt your fears, not your dreams.

Fear is your biggest obstacle between making your dreams a reality. It keeps you in your comfort zone where you constantly doubt yourself and give credence to all the things you can’t do. The ULTIMATE YOU dreams big, challenges those fears, and believes in yourself to live your best life.

3. It’s you VS you.

If you measure yourself against others you will never win because there will always be someone better than you at something. The ULTIMATE YOU keeps moving forwards, getting better, and beating yesterday.

4. Beat yesterday.

You don’t have to be the best, but you do need to make every day count and not settle for anything less than being better that you were yesterday. The ULTIMATE YOU knows that getting just 1% better every day produces phenomenal results over time.

5. Actions express priorities.

It doesn’t matter what you intend to do or say you will do. Words are a cheap currency. All that matters is what you actually do and how those actions express your priorities towards becoming the ULTIMATE YOU.

6. You are what you repeatedly do.

No one is perfect, but what you do most of the time will determine your life. Your thoughts become actions, your actions become habits, and your habits become the root of your success or lack thereof. The ULTIMATE YOU is consistent with your actions and doesn’t ever give up. Sometimes things just do take time.

7. There is no failure, only feedback.

Everyone makes mistakes, especially those who venture boldly outside of their comfort zones. However, a  wonderful thing is that every setback and slip up is an opportunity to learn and get better. The ULTIMATE YOU only ever fails if you give up or refuse to learn from your mistakes.

8. You become your excuses.

This is the difference between giving up and giving it everything you’ve got. It’s easy to believe your own rubbish – not enough time, not enough money, not enough sleep… But in the end you will regret all the things you didn’t do more than the things you did do. If it’s important in becoming the ULTIMATE YOU then you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse.

9. Progress, not perfection.

The more you focus on what you have, the more you will have. The more you focus on what you don’t have, the less likely you will ever have enough. Chase your dreams and priorities every single day, focusing on just taking one step at a time. The ULTIMATE YOU is not about being perfect, it’s about how you make the most of those imperfections.

10. You are who you have coffee with.

Life is enriched by who you surround yourself with. If you want to stay comfy, spend time with those who are a slave to their fears and excuses. If you want to be better, spend time with those who are great or are at least trying to get there. Your vibe attracts your tribe. Who is going to help you become the ULTIMATE YOU.
