Breakfasts can be really difficult, especially if you are used to having the same old cereal or oats day in and day out – but now want to try something more healthy.
Eggs are great, and probably one of the best breakfasts you can have to help set you up for a successful day, but it’s so easy to get bored and tired of them.
Not to worry, I’m here to help you add some more variety and joy back into your mornings.
Before we get started, a few important points
1) Never underestimate the power and convenience of left-overs.
Whenever you are making lunch or dinner, ALWAYS think to yourself “Can I make more of this and eat it tomorrow morning for breakfast?”
2) You do not HAVE to eat breakfast.
The research is clear: Whether or not you eat breakfast should be based on your preferences and personal goals – not on myths about “kickstarting your metabolism” or anything like that. The best advice we can give you is to eat when you’re hungry and don’t eat when you’re not hungry (unless you need to fuel up for a high-performance athletic event or manual job and won’t have access to food any time again soon).
3) Focus on real food rather than “healthy treats”.
Pancakes, smoothies,

The original 50:
This 50 Breakfast Recipes For a Healthy Start blog post was originally written a few years ago when Sleekgeek was very into the REBOOT / Paleo way of eating (as opposed to what we recommend now).
There’s nothing wrong with either, we’re just trying to be a bit more nutrition-agnostic now.
Anyways, most of these recipes below REBOOT / Paleo-friendly and many are Banting-friendly too.
All recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free. However some include a little bit of honey or maple syrup, keep an eye out for that if that isn’t your thing.
