Be More Human

Very recently our friends at Reebok issued a global call for people to “be more human”.I loved the campaign right away and wanted to talk about it today because I think it’s message is relevant to our Sleekgeek journey.

What does it mean? To be more human?

Well in my view it’s about embracing and optimizing the things that make us even better versions of ourselves. Living up to your absolute full potential!

The drive is not just survive our way through a mediocre existence.

The key is health and fitness.

I’ve always believed that being fit and healthy makes you better at everything.

– Be a better father or mother
– Be a better lover
– Be a better leader
– Be someone who has integrity to their word
– Be someone who can pursue and conquer goals
– Be someone who enjoys pushing their limits
– Be someone who uses their time efficiently

I could go on but you get the message.

Fit and healthy you are better to yourself, your family and the word.

I’ve talked about this concept before using Dr Greg Venning’s Upgrade Your Life self-rating test to see if you are living a mediocre life and surviving versus thriving.

So my challenge to you is to be more human and be the best you can be!
