I followed the Paleo way of eating and did park runs and some 360 classes on Saturdays. I was very scared to exercise in the beginning.

When you feel down and want to cry just cry, don’t eat something you’re going to regret. It will make you cry more. Make use of the SG pages, without it and the people on there I wouldn’t have been able to have changed the way I did.

The support as a group is what makes Sleekgeek. They don’t force anything on you and when you feel down they pick you up! They give the best advice and I have learned that Healthy is fun.

In the beginning people said: “She’s way too fat to be that confident” (I was wearing a beautiful pin striped skirt to work and super proud of fitting into it)

And my favorite: “How long will this last?”

So today after 3 months, I have 6 people in my office having our own mini challenge. Why? Because they have seen my results and they too believe they can do it and that it’s not about diets or how long it will last. It’s a way of life.
