I decided to join Sleekgeek when I heard about it from a friend. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and realized that with motivation and help from others it is a lot easier.
My diet was focused on a low carb high protein diet. I drank lots of water and reduced alcohol and cool drink intake. I focused on going to gym 3-5x a week.
I am feeling a lot more positive about weight loss and fitness, I am now only starting my journey and plan to lose a lot more.
It’s important to realize that you do often fall off the wagon, but it’s how you recover that’s important. Always stay positive and keep going, if you lose 100g a week… At least you are losing. It’s definitely worth all the hard work in the end.
