“This was a real challenge, but I completed it and I feel extremely proud and happier and healthier all thanks to Sleekgeek. I feel now that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
1 – I decided to do the challenge because I recently had a baby and the extra baby fat made me feel uncomfortable in my own skin, my clothes didn’t fit me the way they use to. I lost my self confidence..and felt fat! I wanted to get back into shape and be healthier than before.
2 – My plan – I came up with my own eating plan with help from the net and started gymming but I knew I would need professional help to achieve my goal so I followed an eating plan that was worked out for me by my personal trainer and started my training with the personal trainer.
3 – Advice to others: If you want to achieve something in life it’s got to be for yourself, not to impress anyone or prove something to them. When you have a goal you serious about, you will do whatever it takes to accomplish it. You got to be willing to give a lot of blood sweat and tears but in the end…DON’T GIVE UP ! IT’S ALL WORTH IT, the feeling of accomplishing your goal is the best feeling ever! Instant confidence to take on the next challenge in your life.
4 – Why Sleekgeek… I heard about Sleekgeek through a friend of mine, I went on the Sleekgeek site and read up about it, just reading and seeing how this challenge changed so many people’s lives, how excited they were to be posting photos of their journey loosing weight and how they have transformed, they close family feel you get when you read the stories and the advice they offered together with eating plans and ideas and exercise routines..I wanted to be part of that family.
I would just like to thank Sleekgeek for this challenge, without the help from you guys and the Fb group, I wouldn’t have made it, hearing about the same issues others have made me feel like I’m not alone, and seeing the before and after photos proved to me that it’s all possible!”
