The various “SleekGeek in Training” Plans have been developed at different levels for people who do not know where to start, or need to change things up in their gym routine, or do not have access to a gym or equipment.
As a result we have created 5 Plans for you to access freely if you enter the Sleekgeek Comeback Kid Challenge 2013.
5 free plans valued at R600 each
- Weight loss (level 1)
- Weight loss (level 2)
- Toning (level 1)
- Toning (level 2)
- Anywhere plan (level 1) – designed especially to be done anywhere with no equipment.
All plans are also designed with both men and women in mind.
The plans encourage women to do some weight work which we believe is a key building block to a toned body and an aid to weight-loss.
Plus a complimentary “coaching” telephone consultation to customise
Not only will you receive access to these plans but you will also be entitled to a free 20 minute call with Ashley and his team to customise any aspects of your plan for you.
One plan and a call has a market value of at least R600. And you are getting FIVE with your Comeback Kid 2013 entry.
I have partnered with one of my friends in fitness Ashley Galliard of Galliards Fitness in Norwood Johannesburg. Ashley developed the programs for Derek Allan-Barrett who got ripped and won the Men’s Toning category in the Winter Warrior Challenge 2012. [Read about that here] as well as training Bradley Seaton-Smith who came 3rd in the Summer Body 2012 Men’s Transformation categor.
He is currently coaching some Sleekgeek members on a pilot project and the feedback is positive.
His team are experienced professionals applying exercise principles to help you build a strong, functional and lean physique.
Samples of what you get
The images below will give you a taste of the plans you will receive when you sign up for the 8-Week Sleekgeek Comeback Kid Challenge 2013
Firstly each plan includes warm ups and post training stretching.
You will always get an indication with the Intensity scale of your required work rate
All exercises are carefully illustrated and described to make it easy for you to carry out in the absence of a physical personal trainer.
The plans cater for different levels and the more advanced plans are designed to challenge even the seasoned gym goers with a focus on compound movements such as squatting with a bar and strict body weight pull-ups.
