Our community will know I love telling a story of transformation and inspiration. Today I am too proud of Ravi Reddy’s achievements.
I have been sitting on the “Ravi” story for a while now but today when he broke into single figures and weighed in at 99kgs for the first time since 1999.
He posted this today on the Sleekgeek Facebook group … (Which is where all the Sleekgeek action happens.. join us there)
BOOM!
To put things into perspective that was when he was 16 years old! So for Ravi’s adult life he has not been under 100kgs. So it is a proud moment in the Sleekgeek community. I want to celebrate that.
We has lost a total of 43kgs since November 2011 and 18kgs of those in the Sleekgeek Winter Warrior Challenge.

This is not only a story of a man, it is story of how a community at Sleekgeek and his workplace at Quirk, and his trainers got behind him to will him to success.
A story of SUPPORT, motivation and perseverance. It is a wonderful example of how you can get what you want in life if you fight hard enough.
Ravi is leading by example and his actions will have the Sleekgeek ripple effect and inspire others.
I have a strong personal interest in this story since I had met the “old Ravi” many times and we played “Geek cricket” together on many occasions..
Ravi has promised me that he will write his own account of his story but until we have that, here is some of the latest chapter.
Ravi has lost 40kgs.. he lost the last 18kgs doing the Sleekgeek 8 Week Winter Warrior Challenge. [Enter the 2012 Summer Body here]
